kbazi Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and kbazi ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the kbazi online gaming platform accessible at kbazi.pro. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. kbazi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access the full features of the kbazi Platform, you must register for a single player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information promptly if it changes. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. The following conditions apply to your account:

• You must provide a valid mobile number for OTP verification during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify kbazi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• kbazi will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• All players are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. kbazi may request identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any time.

kbazi reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kbazi processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The following conditions govern all transactions on the Platform:

kbazi offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions for events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions:

• Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to the promotional balance in your account and are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
• kbazi reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus at any time without prior notice if abuse or exploitation of the bonus system is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Players must opt in to receive bonuses where an opt-in is required; bonuses not opted in to within the specified time window will expire.

In the event of any conflict between the general Bonus Terms in this document and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and secure environment for all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kbazi Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to place bets, spin reels, or gain any advantage not available through normal gameplay.
• Opening or attempting to open more than one account, or using another person's account to access the Platform.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting schemes designed to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds obtained through illegal means, or using the Platform for any money laundering activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct directed at kbazi staff or other players through any communication channel.

kbazi employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of this section will have their accounts closed without notice and any outstanding balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming

kbazi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools available to all registered players, including voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who wish to use these tools should contact kbazi support at [email protected] or access the Responsible Gaming section of the Platform. We also encourage players who feel that their gaming may be causing harm to seek support from professional organisations.

All new accounts are automatically enrolled in default responsible gaming limits at the time of registration. These limits can be adjusted by the player through their account settings, subject to any mandatory cooling-off periods required before limit increases take effect. kbazi fully enforces the 21+ age restriction and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kbazi Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of kbazi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of kbazi.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kbazi, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.

kbazi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service provider outages, or circumstances beyond kbazi's reasonable control may occasionally affect Platform availability. kbazi will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but cannot guarantee any specific recovery time. bets or game sessions in progress at the time of an outage will be handled in accordance with kbazi's standard technical reconciliation procedures.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

kbazi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age or has provided false information during registration.
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 is detected on the account .
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months and has a zero balance.
• kbazi is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.

11. Changes to These Terms

kbazi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kbazi will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which kbazi operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved by the kbazi customer support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. kbazi will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and in good faith within 30 days of receiving a written complaint. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
